Spa Etiquette

  • Appointments

    Appointments can be made via phone or text ; 704-366-LASH (5274). Please call or text in advance to ensure availability. Holding deposit required for ALL NEW clients requesting lashes.

  • Late Arrivals

    We regret that late arrivals will only receive an allotted amount of time and depending on how late, the client may be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for either a $50 late fee or for full service fees.

  • Cancellations

    We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the service charge. Please be courteous of our technicians time.

  • Arrive Early

    We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork (if you are a first time client) and prepare for your experience.
